Drop Off Boot Camp with Stephanie (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am)
Drop the children off and come on over to a dynamic and functional based exercise program run by our in-house professional Tri- athlete Stephanie Smith. Stephanie has been training with with us for 6 years, ever since her days as a Division One Swimmer for LSU. She now has used the functional training concepts to compete and prevent injury. Stephanie and Total Package have put together a program for adults based on the science of functional training and injury prevention.
The Drop Off Boot Camp starts at 9 am and consists of one hour of dynamic, fun training that will start your day off filled with energy.
The camp will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday.($15 per workout)
Early Bird Camp with Andre' (Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am weekly)
Come get in shape with our CEO- Andre Labbe'. Andre will be running an adult boot camp where you will learn the basics of strength training and Dynamic Functional Movements. Andre' will be using the same concepts that Total Package uses for its adolescent clients, and adapt them to the needs of our adults. In addition, he will answer any questions you might have about appropriate approaches to training based and address your specific needs. But that is not all! Andre will monitor your workouts to make sure you train appropriately and push you to excel.
Come in early and get fit the right way! Monday- Thursday weekly ($15 per workout)
